Update: the manager did call me to see if there was anything he could do ,which I appreciate so ill give them one more star. still hesitant about going back here..

My experience was less than average because all they did was do an oil change on my bike and a supposed full inspection and it took then 2 hrs to complete with my apt . and they said it would take about 45-55 minutes. I noticed they didn't even mention the dirty brake fluid in my reservoirs or the loose shifter among other simple stuff . It made me not trust them especially since i paid the labor to do said inspection . Like most dealers i think they just charge you and dont do it .
