I had a mixed experience with Ripple Health Group. While the staff was friendly and the website was easy to navigate, the overall level of care fell short of my expectations. There were some communication gaps and delays in getting my queries resolved. However, they made efforts to rectify the issues, which I appreciate. There is room for improvement.
