The hot air balloon ride I took with Rochester Hot Air Balloons was amazing! The views were breathtaking and the entire experience was unforgettable. The staff was friendly and the pilot was skilled and knowledgeable. I felt safe and secure throughout the entire ride. I can't wait to go again!
