I have been a customer of Imc club international, inc. for several years now and I must say that their service is average. While the company has a decent website, I find that their customer support could be improved. The response time to my inquiries is usually slow and sometimes I don't even get a response at all. However, when I do get a response, the representatives are usually knowledgeable and helpful. Overall, I would rate my experience with Imc club international, inc. as just average.
