Literally just spoke to someone who said they could complete same day delivery down the street to my mothers address. She tells me to pick online and call back. I call back twice, no one answers, I leave a voicemail no one calls back, I call again to follow up and am told "sorry, our driver just left tomorrow is the earliest"... Literally five minute drive from their shop - any employee could deliver for the the sake of returned business and customer service. Terrible customer service.
