I have been a customer of Polen Howard R for several years now and I must say that their service is average. While they do a decent job, I have noticed some room for improvement. The staff is friendly and helpful, but sometimes it takes a while for them to respond to my inquiries. Overall, I would rate Polen Howard R as an average company.
