I have been a customer of FotoNation for over a year now and I must say their services are average. The website is easy to navigate, but the customer support could be improved. Sometimes it takes them quite a while to respond to my queries. However, their products are of decent quality and I haven't had any major issues so far. Overall, I would rate them as average.
