If I could I would give no star.

We booked a stay at manukan island resort. They forwarded us to sequest for free transportation. When I talked with sequest on the phone they confirmed that we would get free transportation after I provided the booking reference. When we arrived there they just neglected everything and wanted us to pay 60 per person which is double the price of what you get at the other ferry terminal. Don't use their service!!!
