I have been a customer of Sanrio for several years and I must say, the overall experience has been average. The products are cute and of good quality, but the customer service can be improved. I often find it difficult to get assistance from the staff and the response time for queries can be slow. Nonetheless, I appreciate the wide range of adorable merchandise available on their website. If the company focuses on enhancing their customer service, it would be great.
