Suhrco as a management company is a great company! They manage several apartments in the Bellingham, WA area. The one which I deal with is Maple Park Apartments. The management for the past four years at this site was dreadful. Recently, however, SUHRCO has turned their management at this site around! I personally dealt with Shellie, a Suhrco employee who was managing the site today. Although we met under the unfortunate circumstances of me coming home to a note saying I owed money or I'd be forced to vacate, we communicated and found multiple errors in my account from the previous management. She corrected the errors in their books and eliminated the late fees which I didn't actually owe. After all was said and done, I signed another year long lease with them. I'm most impressed with Suhrco's response to their poor reviews and complaints. (Thank you for reading this, person from Suhrco! You'll notice my review went from a 1 to a 5 star review. I'm glad you listen! Thank you!) They have a paperwork nightmare to deal with, due to bad prior management book-keeping, but they're trying their hardest to satisfy their residents. They recently hired a new team on to manage Maple Park Apartments, and I'm going to hold them to higher standards than the last group. So far, they've been respectful and pleasant to deal with. A GREAT IMPROVEMENT from the last management group!
