I had an average experience with Rise Yoga for You...

I had an average experience with Rise Yoga for Youth. The classes were okay, but I felt like they could have been more engaging and challenging. The instructors were friendly, but I didn't find them very knowledgeable or experienced. Overall, not the best yoga studio I've been to, but not the worst either.
