I have been living at Icon In The Gulch for a while now, and I can say that it's been a positive experience overall. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the amenities are well-maintained. The location is convenient, with easy access to downtown and nearby attractions. The only improvement I would suggest is better communication regarding maintenance and repairs. Nevertheless, I would recommend living here.
