I have been a customer of Witter Construction CO INC for several years now and I must say that their work is average. They are capable of delivering satisfactory results, but nothing exceptional. The quality of their construction is decent and the prices are reasonable. However, I have noticed some inconsistencies in their customer service. Overall, I would rate them as an average construction company.
