I've been a customer of this center for a while now, and I cannot recommend it enough. The instructors are skilled and passionate, making every class enjoyable and informative. The variety of classes offered is impressive, allowing me to explore different movement practices. The center has a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere, making it easy to connect with fellow participants. Additionally, the staff is friendly and always willing to assist. Overall, Still & Moving Center is a gem within the community.
