My experience with Pulse Energy has been mixed. While their rates are competitive, their customer service leaves much to be desired. There have been instances where I had to wait for a long time to get a response to my queries. However, the billing process is smooth, and the website is easy to navigate. Overall, I would say my experience has been average.
