I'm not impressed with the cutting tools I receive...

I'm not impressed with the cutting tools I received from Heritage cutter. The quality is below average and they feel cheaply made. The blades are dull and don't cut well, and the handles are uncomfortable. The customer service was also lacking. I would not recommend Heritage cutter to others.
