The experience I had with Oss Software was average. The website osssoftware.com was easy to navigate and the services offered were reasonably good. However, I expected a bit more from the company in terms of customer support. The response time was slow and the solutions provided were not always satisfactory. Overall, it was an okay experience but there is definitely room for improvement.
