My experience with Parkside assisted living and memory cottage has been mixed. While the staff is friendly and attentive, the facilities could use some updates. The common areas feel a bit outdated and could use a fresh coat of paint. However, the care provided to residents is excellent and I appreciate the efforts of the staff in creating a comfortable environment.
