MailGapp is an average company in my opinion. I have been using their services for about a year now and I have had a mixed experience. Some features work well, while others are quite buggy. The customer support team is responsive and helpful, but I wish they could resolve issues faster. Overall, I would say MailGapp is a decent choice for small businesses, but there is definitely room for improvement.
