The services provided by Defining Features are simply average. Although the staff is friendly and the clinic is clean, I feel like there is room for improvement. The treatments I have received have yielded moderate results, but I was expecting something more outstanding. Overall, it is an okay experience, but I might consider trying other skin clinics in the future.
