I had a satisfactory experience with Summit Jet LLC. The staff was friendly and the booking process was simple. The website could use some improvements in terms of user-friendliness. The flight itself was decent. Overall, Summit Jet LLC provided an acceptable service but could work on enhancing the overall experience.
