I recently purchased some building products from Exteria, and I have mixed feelings about my experience. While the quality of their products is decent, the customer service was lacking. I had some issues with my order, and it took a while to get them resolved. The website is user-friendly, but I would appreciate more information about the products. There is definitely room for improvement.
