Seeing as how a large part of the museum is closed...

Seeing as how a large part of the museum is closed for renovations looking ahead to 2017, paying full price for admission plus an extra fee to see the special exhibit didn't seem quite fair. The museum is beautiful and nicely air conditioned, but do be aware that a large portion of the museum is not open due to the renovations taking place for Canada's 150th birthday.
