Difficult to write this as I really want to like the place, but sadly overpriced for what it is. So lovely to see animals especially the seals, but price just isn't justified.

Two photo opportunities was also a bit excessive. It's not a huge place, so trying to get people into a photo shoot twice on the way round is quite ridiculous. Soft play at the end was a nice addition, but balls in ball pit were very dirty. Gift shop very expensive too, even for basic souvenir (cups/pens etc).

Staff friendly enough, can't fault them, but overall average visit for us today. Won't be coming again unless pricing structure changes.
