My experience with Hoosier am/fm,llc (doublexc.com) has been a mixed bag. While I have had some great experiences with their products, there have also been a few disappointments. Overall, I would say their service is above average, but it could be improved. I appreciate their efforts to address customer concerns and improve their offerings.
