I recently had the opportunity to use the gas service provided by Aei Gas Svc, and I must say that my experience was average. The company's website, aeigas.com, was user-friendly and provided helpful information about their services. However, I found the customer service to be somewhat lacking. I had to wait on hold for a considerable amount of time before speaking to a representative, and their responses were not as prompt or helpful as I had hoped. The technicians who came to my home were knowledgeable and professional, but the overall service was not exceptional. Additionally, the pricing was on the higher side compared to some other similar companies in the area. While I did receive the gas service I needed, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of customer support and pricing.
