I recently purchased some power equipment from this company after browsing their website. The overall experience was average. The website was easy to navigate and had a good range of products to choose from. The ordering process was smooth and I received my items within the specified time frame. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. I had some questions about the products and tried reaching out to their support team, but it took quite some time for them to respond. When they did finally respond, their answers were vague and didn't fully address my concerns. The quality of the equipment itself was decent, but not exceptional. It performed adequately, but I expected a bit more for the price I paid. Considering the average experience, I don't think I would choose this company again in the future.
