Absolutely shambolic. 'This company actually 'Lost...

Absolutely shambolic. 'This company actually 'Lost' our business numbers which resulted in weeks of downtime and god knows how much money lost. Indirectly threatened to not cooperate with the new comms company unless i considered the matter closed by mutual agreement.
