The quality of the cables and harnesses was decent, nothing extraordinary but not disappointing either. They served their purpose adequately. However, I did encounter a minor issue with one of the connectors, which was slightly loose.

The customer service team was responsive and promptly addressed my concerns. They offered to replace the faulty connector, which was appreciated.

Overall, my experience with i3cableandharness.com was average. While there were no major issues and the products served their purpose, I expected slightly better quality for the price. However, the customer service was satisfactory. 😊
