I recently used Solved for assistance with an issue and found their website extremely user-friendly. The interface was clean and easy to navigate. However, I was a bit disappointed with the response time for my request. It took longer than expected to receive a solution, which was frustrating. On the positive side, the solution provided was effective and resolved my problem. Overall, I would rate my experience as average. I appreciate the company's efforts to provide a helpful service, but the delayed response was a drawback.
