Food was very underwhelming both in terms of taste...

Food was very underwhelming both in terms of taste and service.

Vegetarian food is almost non existent on the menu. Items that are on menu are not prepared well. Asked for ketch up in the middle of meal, never received it.

In desserts, I ordered apple and blueberry crumble. Never had an apple crumble like this (really big pieces of apples ) with a tiniest amount of custard.

Spa is good, there are services and clean to right standard.

Room is good. It was a spacious room.
