As a customer, I recently used the services of this real estate company. The website was easy to navigate and had a good amount of information. However, I was hoping for more personalized attention and guidance throughout the process. The agents were friendly, but I felt that I had to take the initiative in asking for updates rather than them being proactive. The property listings were not always up to date, which was a bit frustrating. I think with some improvements in communication and attention to detail, this company has the potential to provide a better customer experience. Overall, my experience was average. Hopefully, they can work on making their services more consistent for all customers. 🙂
