The experience at this urgent care clinic was satisfactory. The website was user-friendly and provided helpful information about services offered and wait times. However, the clinic's wait time was longer than anticipated, and the reception staff seemed a bit overwhelmed. The medical staff, though, were friendly and professional. The clinic's location was convenient with ample parking. Overall, it was a decent experience, but there is room for improvement in terms of wait times and front desk efficiency.
