I recently purchased some eco-friendly products from this company's website. 🌿 While I appreciate their dedication to sustainability and the diverse range of items offered, I found the website navigation to be a bit confusing and the checkout process slightly cumbersome. The product quality is good, but I expected a smoother user experience given the reputation of the brand. The delivery was on time, but the packaging could have been more eco-conscious. Overall, while the products are commendable, there's room for improvement in the website functionality and sustainability practices within the company. With some tweaks, I believe they could reach a higher level of customer satisfaction.
