Over the years, I have had mixed experiences with the Student loans company. There have been times when their service has been excellent, and times when it has been subpar. However, I must say that overall, they have been reliable in providing the necessary financial support for my education. Their website is easy to use and informative. I just wish their customer service was more consistent.
