The hotel staff were not friendly and not accommod...

The hotel staff were not friendly and not accommodating. It was very hard to get service. We were only assisted once we started asking for the front manager.

The rooms were very small. And when they checked in, we were promised ocean views but our room faced the parking lot.

We were very underwhelmed!
