Opted for the lake view balcony room. The room was pretty ran down. Random hole in the ceiling, the faucet was barely hanging on, the shower diverter switch was literally hanging in the tub. Went down to get a drink before dinner. Cool little bar playing music videos but there was one individual playing his Bluetooth speaker so loud (in the bar) you couldn t hear the videos they were playing. Security did come in but only to tell a lady to put a mask on. Not to tell this gentleman to turn his music off/down. We went to the fire pit patio bar just to find they closed early (9pm) and recommended we go across the street to Lucky Beaver. I ve stayed at a few other Hard Rock hotels but this is still just the old run down Horizon with a new name. Oh well, lesson learned.
