The maintenance through this company is terrible. They do not fix the problems with their apartments before the next tenant moves in. Even when you move in, they still do not "Fix" the problem, but simply patch it up. I helped my friend move in one of their apartments and she was never happy with the company, because of the poor quality they did on fixing things. I've seen how they caulked a tub, and it didn't last but a year. Something like that, if it is done the right way, will last five to ten years. The building is not kept up and the areas is full of trash.
