Lines are always ridiculously long, and the staff are rarely helpful. Heaven forbid your scruff for the day displeases them and you have to use one of their razors to shave. Nothing better than taking a 3 hour test while your face is on fire. Also, the people walking down the isles to make sure you re not cheating, need to be more careful to not bump people. Insanely annoying. I might just get this place because of the tests, but it still sucks to go there
