I had a mixed experience with Exakti intelligence. While their website is user-friendly and informative, I found their customer service to be lacking. The response time for my queries was quite slow, and I had to follow up multiple times to get a resolution. On the positive side, their products are of good quality and have helped me streamline my business operations. Overall, I would rate them as average.
