I have been living in Murphy Lake Apartments for several years now and I can say that overall it has been an average experience. The location is convenient and the rent is reasonable. However, there have been some issues with maintenance and the overall condition of the apartments. The management team is responsive but sometimes it takes longer than expected to get things fixed. The amenities, such as the pool and fitness center, are nice additions. Overall, I would rate it as average.
