I have had an average experience with Eggenberg Asia Pte. Ltd. The company's website, eggenberg.cz, provides a good amount of information about their products and services. However, I found their customer support to be lacking. They were not very responsive to my inquiries and it took quite some time to get a satisfactory resolution to my issue. Overall, I would rate them as average.
