Nice people but unfortunately just a waste of time...

Nice people but unfortunately just a waste of time. We gave all info about our dog s weird anxiety over the phone (afraid of cartoons & we have kids so it s a big deal). They asked us to bring him in; we obliged and they took him inside without us due to Covid. They then explained that it is something that most likely needs behavioral training rather than medication, etc. There was nothing done at this appointment to come to that conclusion; all of this is based off of what we said about his behavior. Basically we paid for an appointment just to be told we should schedule with someone else. This should have been discussed over the phone rather than wasting the commute time, appointment time, and money. We won t be returning.
