UNSOLICITED NUDE PICTURES BY SALESPERSON

I'm having an ongoing and deeply unsatisfactory experience with Coast to Coast Pools. Despite a signed agreement, they have failed to adhere to the terms outlined in the contract from the start. Specifically, they refused to run necessary electrical lines during the initial phase of the project, which was clearly their responsibility per our signed agreement. Because of their own mismanagement and refusal to follow proper procedure, they later proceeded to tear up my lawn, causing additional and avoidable damage to my property outside the initial pool boundary. This action was done purely to rectify their own earlier mistakes. They tore up my sprinkler system, sod, and caused damage to the common area between mine and my neighbor's house. To make matters worse, during the course of this project, I received an inappropriate and unsolicited text message from TJ Warren containing nude images of a girl lying next to him. This is completely unacceptable and constitutes a severe breach of professional conduct and personal boundaries. I reported this behavior, but it was dismissed by the company's owner, who refused to accept responsibility, stating they are not liable for the actions of subcontractors--even though the sales rep represented Coast to Coast Pools in all dealings with me. As I noted from other reviews, the Owner was very condescending and rude. He acted and sounded like he was better than me and I was a piece of dirt beneath his nails. Now, despite having received $125,000 from my bank, the company has halted all construction on the pool because I have withheld the final payment of $12,500. This withholding is due to the company's failure to meet contractual obligations, misconduct, and refusal to rectify damages or provide any accountability. Be very careful when you are deciding to use Coast to Coast Pools to install your pool. They talk a good game, but will not admit to any wrongdoing, and if any little thing goes wrong will not admit to fault.
