I had a mixed experience with Brian Bowles Arc. On one hand, their customer service was excellent and very responsive. They were always available to answer my questions and address any concerns. However, I was not completely satisfied with the quality of their products. Some of the items I received were not as described and had minor defects. Overall, I would rate them as average.
