Exceptional customer service from this company & Matthew Hughes in particular. My Wife contacted Riello UPS Ltd about a pack purchased with a disability bed when the bed company failed to help. Within minutes, Matthew had arranged for a replacement to be sent. Not many companies give this level of service or speed of response....will definitely be using them going forward for all power supply needs.
