I had a mixed experience with Nantucket Offshore. While their product selection is good and the prices are reasonable, the customer service needs improvement. I had to contact them multiple times to resolve an issue, and it took longer than expected to get a resolution. Overall, it's an okay company, but they should work on their customer service.
