I recently booked a trip with Pretty travel and I must say I was disappointed. The website was not user-friendly and the booking process was confusing. Additionally, the customer service was not helpful and I had to resolve several issues on my own. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience and I would not recommend Pretty travel.
