Simply a wonderful experience working with Karen, Tessa and Sara. Efficient, professional, super responsive and I was able to get a wonderful rate. Not much more you could ask for from a mortgage company. I would STRONGLY recommend The Mortgage Source. Not sure if I will ever require their services, but if the need arises, they are top of the list, with the list being only the Mortgage Source, wouldn't consider anyone else, period.
