I have been a customer of Eco mobilidade for a while now and I must say, their service is average. The prices are reasonable and the vehicles are well-maintained. However, the customer support needs improvement. They take too long to respond to queries and sometimes their replies are not helpful at all. Overall, it's an okay experience.
